About AI Needs Your Expertise
We are an independent guide for experienced finance professionals who want paid AI training work. AI companies pay experts to review and correct AI answers in their own field. We explain how that work goes: what it is, what it pays, which platforms hire, our team's experience with the platforms, and how to start next to your job.
We have an account on every platform we cover, and members of our team have worked on projects on several of them. Most guides about this work are written for students or only for the US. We write for experienced professionals in any country.
Who is behind this site?
AI Needs Your Expertise is a small, independent publisher based in the Netherlands, founded in 2026. Our team are people who work or have worked in AI training themselves, and we share what we learned so you can start with fewer surprises. We will never invent people, credentials or testimonials. Business details are on our imprint.
Do referral links affect what we write?
No. We want to give finance experts fair information about AI training work, and we want you on the platform that fits you best, even if it pays us nothing. For some platforms we cover we have no referral link. We review them the same way and link to their own site.

How do we work?
We start with primary sources: the platforms' own job listings, help pages and terms. Every figure on the site has a date, and we check platform facts at least once a month. We use AI tools to collect data and draft pages, and a team member checks and edits every page before it goes live. If you spot a mistake, email us and we will correct it openly.
